Okan Gunay focuses his practice on healthcare compliance and civil racketeering. He has extensive experience in commercial and insurance litigation. Mr. Gunay is an accomplished trial attorney; he has experience as both lead advocate and second chair.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gunay was an associate at one of Florida’s largest firms, Adorno & Yoss. There, he represented major insurance carriers, including State Farm Insurance Company. His practice included litigating insurance coverage actions involving property and liability insurance policies. Mr. Gunay gained first-hand, knowledge of the methods that insurance companies use against their insureds and is directly applicable to the healthcare litigation industry.
In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Gunay enjoys creative writing and is an avid animation hobbyist. His ‘think outside the box’ perspective helps provide his clients with keen, ‘cutting edge’ advocacy much needed in today’s dynamically changing legal world.
